You don’t want to miss our upcoming RiverPalooza Kick Off event on June 3rd! We have a day of paddle trips planned in Harpers Ferry followed by a BBQ & Bluegrass Party. Music will be provided by Barefoot Movement, called “the future of Tennessee bluegrass” by Rollling Stone. Sign up online today!
If you can’t make it that day we have over a dozen other adventures from June through September for all ages and skill levels. While most involve a canoe, kayak, raft, tube or stand up paddle board, there is also a bike trip and snorkeling in Shenandoah.
Participation in any of these trips gets you a free membership to Potomac Riverkeeper Network and supports our work fighting to keep our rivers clean. Upper Potomac Riverkeeper Brent Walls said it best: “If you’re thinking of getting out on the river this year, RiverPalooza is the best way to do it. You can save a little money while saving our rivers.” There could not be a more relevant time to have such a fun, uplifting and impactful series of events on our rivers. We can’t do our work without the support of our local communities.
We hope to see you on the river soon!
