Come Join the NatureCity Happy Hour!
Thursday November 16, 3-7pm at the Vollmer Center at Cylburn Arboretum.
Learn about different local Green Infrastructure efforts in the Baltimore Area, hear from Blue Water Baltimore’s PhotoVoice project participants, be inspired by Dr. Sacoby Wilson, and network with other professionals and community advocates in the Greater Baltimore Region.
Registration for the NatureCity Happy Hour is only for only $25 and includes food.

Do you need more than just a few hours of Fun on Thursday November 16? Is a Happy Hour too short? There are still a few spots available for a whole day registration to the NatureCity Forum. The cost for a full day registration is only $60 and includes Featured Speaker Florence Williams, author of The Nature Fix. Experts and practitioners from Baltimore, Chicago, Philadelphia and more will be presenting and sharing their expertise on community nature, equity and resilience.

Join our NatureCity Forum November 16, 2017 at the Vollmer Center in Baltimore, Maryland.
The forum is a full day exploration among practitioners, planners and advocates working on behalf of the transformative power of green infrastructure for communities. The day will include local, regional and national case studies on the planning and implementation of green infrastructure for climate resiliency, community building and ecology.

Projecting and Protecting Quality of Life in the Baltimore Washington Corridor
Please join the Baltimore Washington Partners for Forest Stewardship on November 15th from 9:00AM-12:30PM at Patuxent Wildlife Research Refuge.
The speakers include a panel of members from Greater Baltimore Wilderness Coalition presenting on the final report of the Coastal Resiliency project, Dr. Gerrit-Jan Knapp from the National Center for Smart Growth Research and Education at the University of Maryland, and Dr. Elliott Campbell of the Center for Economic and Social Sciences at the Maryland Department of Natural Resource’s Chesapeake and Coastal Service.
