river time lapse photos, Conowingo Dam video

My employer, Chesapeake Environmental Communications, is helping NOAA develop a Chesapeake Bay Ecological Atlas, an educational and policy-making resource on how the Bay works (http://www.chesapeakedata.com/wp/por...logical-atlas/). For the iBook version, we wanted a series of photographs showing flow in a tributary at different times of year, ideally all showing the same location, for a clear time lapse effect. We're also looking for a short video clip that we can use of a Conowingo Dam release. Is anyone willing to share either such thing? We would attribute the media to you in the final product, of course, but we can't pay you. Thank you.
