Each year, the Chesapeake Stormwater Network grants the Best Urban BMP in the Bay Award (BUBBA) to leaders in the field who are using new and innovative techniques for facing the challenges of stormwater management.
To determine the winner of this year’s BUBBA, our esteemed panel of jurors have selected one finalist from each of our 8 project categories. Now it is up to you all to help determine who will take home the Grand Prize!
