The Future Harvest CASA (Chesapeake Alliance for Sustainable Agriculture) Annual Cultivate the Chesapeake Foodshed Conference will be held January 11-13, 2018 at the College Park Marriott Hotel and Conference Center in College Park, MD. The conference serves the Chesapeake region’s small- to mid-scale farm community (MD, VA, DE, WVA, DC, and southern PA) by providing educational and networking opportunities for beginning, intermediate, and experienced farmers, as well as consumers, small businesses, and government agencies.
We invite proposals from those who can speak to the topics that fall into one of the following categories:

Made Local: Value-Added & Artisanal Foods
Crop Production
Everybody Eats: Health & Food
Grassfed: Meat & Dairy
The Business of Farming
Environment, Community, & Policy
Carbon Farming & Regenerative Agriculture
