Patuxent River Park in Upper Marlboro, MD will be hosting a ten year anniversary Bioblitz on Saturday, May 18th 2019. Patuxent River Park is embellished with a variety of habitats, including: tidal freshwater wetlands, streams, meadows, forests, and more. Local experts are needed to help assist volunteers with the collection and analysis of data throughout the park.

Experts with experience needed for identification of: fungi, mammals, reptiles + amphibians, birds, owls, bats, Submerged Aquatic Vegetation (SAV), wetland plants, invasive plants, dragonflies, fish, trees, macroinvertebrates, arthropods, and more.
