The Chesapeake Bay Trust, with support from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, seeks services for technical assistance to support key Chesapeake Bay Program Goals and Outcomes through thirteen (13) separate scopes of work:

Proposal 2: Behavior Change Training & SAV Pilot Implementation
Proposal 3: An ecosystem approach to living shorelines project design
Proposal 4: Support for Inventory & Evaluation of Environmental and Biological Response Data for Fish Habitat Assessment
Proposal 5: Development of improved methodology for data collection of Chesapeake Bay Protected Lands indicator
Proposal 6: Culvert Assessments for Fish Passage and Sediment in the Opequon Watershed of WV
Proposal 7: Pavement Sealant Protocol Development: Identifying New High-PAH Pollution Sources
Proposal 8: Pilot a cost effective, real-time dissolved oxygen vertical monitoring system for characterizing mainstem Chesapeake Bay hypoxia
Proposal 9: Turf to Buffers Stewardship Campaign for Bay Counties
Proposal 10: Chesapeake Watershed Conservation Finance Intensive Workshop
Proposal 11: Quantify and support BMP installation and restoration at schools to contribute directly to Bay restoration goals
Proposal 12: Scenic Landscape Impact Assessment Methodology
Proposal 13: Social Marketing to Improve Shoreline Management
Please see the Request for Proposals (RFP) for descriptions of the thirteen scopes of work and qualifications for bidders. The RFP can be downloaded from the Trust’s website at http://www.cbtrust.org/git/.
Offerors can bid on one or more of the individual scopes of work, but must clearly separate their bids and budgets for each submission.
Proposals are due by 4:00PM on January 31, 2019. Details on how to apply are found in the RFP and also on the Trust’s website.
