One Month Left to Apply to the Chesapeake Bay Trust’s RFP for Chesapeake Conservation Corps DEIJ Training Contractor
The Chesapeake Bay Trust is excited to announce that we are seeking qualified contractors to deliver a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice (DEIJ) training for a cohort of young environmental professionals in the Chesapeake Conservation Corps program. The Corps is a one-year term of paid service that places young adults (ages 18-25) with nonprofits or government agencies to work fulltime in the environmental field. Throughout the year Corps Members receive experience, training, mentorship, a support network of young professionals.
The DEIJ training would occur in early 2022 for the 2021-22 cohort, but contingent upon funding availability services may be extended to support an additional two years of training work.
Deadline for proposals is Thursday, May 6, 2021 at 4:00 PM EST.
