Join local water leaders, the WaterNow Alliance, the Environmental Finance Center at the University of Maryland and the Water Center at Penn for the 2022 Tap Into Resilience Summit on April 13-14th, in Philadelphia, PA. The two day Summit is a unique opportunity where local water managers and decision makers will meet with innovators, experts and thought leaders to explore innovative, climate resilient, and affordable water strategies. The Summit will focus on the unprecedented new level of federal financing for cities, towns and local water utilities and how communities of all sizes can leverage these funds for resilient water plans. Content is designed for city councilmembers, members of special districts, water utility staff and others with responsibility for water policy decision making.

COVID NOTE

We are planning to host the summit in person this year, and are cautiously optimistic about the improving COVID scenario. That said, we will be taking precautions to ensure the health and wellness of the community, including requiring all participants to be fully vaccinated (and boosted if eligible) and to provide proof of same, along with their ID, in order to pick up their registration info and badge. Attendees should also expect to wear masks while indoors given the size of our group. We will be monitoring the COVID situation closely, will provide updates as necessary, and in the event that things should take an unfortunate turn, we will host our event virtually. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions or concerns.
