Outreach Services for the Community-Based Organization Capacity Building Initiative (CBO-CBI)

The Chesapeake Bay Trust, Maryland Department of Natural Resources, and Maryland Department of the Environment seek qualified consultants to serve as a “Connector Group” to conduct prioritized outreach to eligible historically under-engaged community-based organizations, who will then receive technical assistance in applying to watershed resilience- and restoration-focused grant programs such as the Resiliency through Restoration Initiative (RtR), Watershed Assistance (WAGP), Outreach and Restoration (OR), and Green Streets (G3) Grant Programs (RFP for selection of Technical Assistance Provider is open concurrently).
