Penn State Extension and the new Center for Agriculture Conservation Assistance Training are preparing to release an invite-only request for proposals for professional engineering services to support ag conservation in Pennsylvania, supported by funding from the PA State Conservation Commission.
We will be accepting proposals from both firms and individuals.
If you are interested in receiving an invite to review the full scope and RFP, please provide your name and email address to this online form as soon as possible. We anticipate opening the RFP during the summer of 2023.
