The City of District Heights, Maryland requests qualified consultants to submit bids for the design and construction of the Fiesta Place Gathering Space. Proposals will be evaluated based upon criteria formulated around the most important features of the services, of which quality, experience, references, pricing, or capability, may be overriding factors. Proposals from all consultants meeting the minimum qualifications detailed in this solicitation will be reviewed and evaluated. The firms best qualified will be selected for interviews.
The City reserves the right to reject any proposal and further reserves the right to re-issue the RFP.
