The Capital Area Greenbelt Association is soliciting proposals for a one-time professional services contract to complete the design, engineering, and permitting of the Paxtang Parkway Trail Project (Phase 3).  The trail is owned by the City of Harrisburg and is located in Susquehanna Township and Paxtang Borough in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.  Services are needed to repair about 4,100 linear feet of the Paxtang Trail portion of the Greenbelt, and design and permit a culvert replacement and new pedestrian bridge.  For full details on the request for proposal, please click here.

The proposals are due Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at 4 p.m.

This design and engineering project is partially funded by grants from the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and the United States Environmental Protection Agency Region 2, the Chesapeake Bay Program, and the Cheseapeake Bay Trust.
