DOEE and The Chesapeake Bay Trust’s, District of Columbia: Community Stormwater Solutions Grant Program is Now Open!

The Chesapeake Bay Trust and funding partners are excited to announce the District of Columbia: Community Stormwater Solutions (DC-CSS) Grant Program is now open! This grant program provides funding for innovative, community-oriented and inspired projects aimed at improving water quality in the District of Columbia.

This program can fund activities that raise awareness or bring about behavior change, educational events/workshops, maintenance of runoff-reducing green infrastructure, restoration of habitat, litter or pollution reduction, or other projects that are within the project areas of the Request for Applications and fit  the goals of this grant program. Projects should be inspired and supported by the priority community within the District.

See the RFA for the full list of eligible project areas. Applicants and projects must be located in the District of Columbia and can apply for up to $35,000 for their project Applications are due Thursday, March 28th at 4pm EDT.
