REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay intends to contract with a professional landscape contractor to collaborate with Capitol Technology University and the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay (Alliance) to design, permit, and install two bioretention stormwater cells for the property of Capitol Technology University in Laurel, MD.

The Alliance is working closely with staff at Capitol Technology University to design two bioretention gardens on the property at 11301 Springfield Rd Laurel, MD 20708 to address stormwater runoff. The Alliance seeks bids for landscape professionals to collaborate with the Alliance and Capitol Technology University to develop conceptual plans, develop final design plans stamped by a certified engineer, apply for and obtain all required County-level permits, and install the two bioretention cells on the campus. The selected contractor will be required to attend at least one pre- and one post-construction meeting with the project partners and funders.
