Capacity Building Connector Group
The Chesapeake Bay Trust seeks Outreach and Support Services to Nonprofits and Local Governments to Increase their Organizational Capacity
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to select a contractor to serve as a “Connector Group” for the Capacity Building Initiative grant program. The Connector Group will perform outreach activities and support services to increase the number of successful applicants to the Capacity Building Initiative Grant Program. The contractor should be able to identify nonprofits who are currently under-engaged or low-capacity, and who could benefit from an investment in their organizational capacity and assist them in preparing a grant application.
