The Chesapeake Bay Trust seeks Contractual and Support Services in Developing Flood Resilient Projects for Low and Moderate Income Property Owners
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to select a contractor to serve as a “Technical Assistance Provider” (TA) and or “Connector Group” as part of the Community Based Organization-Capacity Building Initiative (CBO-CBI) program. The purpose of the CBO-CBI is to bridge the resource gap between mainstream established organizations, community-based organizations (CBO), and partners, and build their capacity to receive and manage grant funding.
