The Chesapeake Bay Trust seeks to hire a contractor to compile and assess information about the top capacity-related issues in the Chesapeake tidal wetland space into a comprehensive report that includes priority issues by jurisdictions (D.C., MD, DE, VA, and across jurisdictions). The work will be supported by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Chesapeake Bay Program Office (EPA’s CBPO) as part of the Developing Capacity Initiative focused on building the capacity of tidal wetland jurisdictions to meet goals that contribute to the Chesapeake Bay Watershed Agreement outcomes.
