Through two grant opportunities — Healthy Soils and Farm Vitality — American Farmland Trust and its partners are investing directly in Virginia farmers and ranchers who are advancing regenerative practices and farm longevity.
Grants open on Dec. 1, 2025. FAQs, eligibility requirements, and applications can be downloaded to allow sufficient time to prepare. Information is also available in Spanish. Farmers may apply for both opportunities, but only one grant will be awarded per farm.
