The Chesapeake Bay Trust and is excited to announce that we are now accepting applications for the 2026-27 Chesapeake Conservation and Climate Corps program, now in partnership with Maryland Corps / Service Year Option, from young adults (ages 18-25) interested in serving as Corps Members. The Chesapeake Conservation and Climate Corps (Corps) is a one-year, stipend-supported program for emerging professionals who want hands-on experience in environmental work.
For the 2026-27 Corps program, the Trust anticipates placing approximately 80 Corps Members with nonprofit and government Host Organizations across the state to build real-world skills, grow their network, and gain a strong foundation for a future green career for a service term from August 18, 2026, until August 17, 2027.
