Earth Day Festival-Invitation for Free Information/Vendor Space @ Serenity Ridge Natural Burial Cemetery & Nature Preserve

You are invited to take advantage of FREE Information Table or Vendor Space at our upcoming 2026 Serenity Ridge Earth Day Festival scheduled for Sat. April 25th from 11 AM – 3 PM at 2406 Ridge Road, Windsor Mill (Baltimore County) MD, 21244. Last year we had over 300 participants – this year we aim to have 500 people attend! We are planning a great lineup of programs such as guided nature walks, presentations on beekeeping, native plants and so much more-and hopefully including YOU! Please feel free to share this with other nonprofit organizations or sustainable-friendly vendors/businesses that might also be interested in participating.

HERE is a link to a google form that we ask you to complete as soon as possible. It lays out our expectations of your participation. We ask you to upload a copy of your logo and insurance certificate.

Once you complete the form I will send you our 3 page 2026 Earth Day Festival Vendor/Organization Agreement for signature.
