The Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay (“Alliance”) is soliciting bids
from qualified professional landscape contractors to install two
bioretention gardens at the Parkside Plaza Condominium property
located in Silver Spring, Maryland, in accordance with the
requirements and specifications set forth in this Invitation for Bids
(IFB).
