The Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay is seeking proposals for full design-build services for a large‑scale climate‑adaptation project at Point Lookout State Park. The scope of the project includes the following: removing flood-prone campsites and associated infrastructure, restoring the area to marshland, conversion of additional campsites to day-use picnic areas, a 600 linear-foot living shoreline, and accessible walkways and an observation deck to provide a view and interpretation of the expanding marshlands.
