The Center for Watershed Protection, on behalf of the Department of Natural Resources, Maryland Park Service, is soliciting proposals from qualified multidisciplinary firms and/or consulting teams for the development of a concept-level Master Plan for the State of Maryland’s Patapsco Valley State Park. To be considered eligible, respondents must be properly licensed in the State of Maryland to practice planning, engineering, and landscape architecture and must demonstrate experience in master planning, as well as having engineering, landscape architecture, and historical and cultural resource expertise.

The Center for Watershed Protection (CWP), a national non-profit organization with headquarters in Fulton, MD, is working directly with the Maryland Department of Natural Resources, Maryland Park Service on this effort. CWP is partnering with EnviroCollab (EC), a Baltimore City-based landscape architecture and planning firm, who will support stakeholder engagement and project management.
