The Chesapeake Bay Trust, in partnership with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 3, is seeking proposals for consultant services through the Storm Smart Chesapeake program to support a community charrette for the Town of Bridgeville, Delaware.
Bridgeville completed a Master Stormwater and Drainage Study and community-wide stormwater infrastructure inventory in 2024. This charrette will build on that existing work by engaging community and technical stakeholders to identify and prioritize sustainable, nature-based stormwater solutions and establish a pathway for advancing projects toward planning, design, funding, and implementation.
The selected contractor will lead the planning and facilitation of the charrette and develop products including a community-wide opportunity inventory and map, prioritized project implementation matrix, funding sources matrix, and recommendations to inform future planning and funding efforts.
