Zoe Clarkwest, MLA, is a principal and owner of Rain Underground, LLC. She brings years of community focused design experience and of surface stormwater management design and has worked with local governments, non-profits, and private sector clients. Rain Underground’s projects include multiple rain gardens and conservation landscapes in the Baltimore region, as well as the highly designed plantings for the U.S. National Arboretum’s Grass Roots Exhibit. Ms. Clarkwest’s objective for stormwater management design is to meet client goals while assuring long-term success of the plantings.
