Join the Earth to Sky team! The Earth to Sky inter-agency partnership (https://earthtosky.org) has an opening for a full time Education and Outreach Specialist to support the program’s leadership. Earth to Sky (ETS) enables interpreters and informal environmental educators to access and use climate and other science resources and outreach products from NASA and other sources in their work. We provide professional development in climate and other Earth science and communication and support our community of practice which numbers over 800 informal educators/interpreters across the nation. Our program is growing and we are launching regionally-based communities of practice on climate science communication. The job is with Science Systems and Applications, Inc. and is based at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, MD (SSAI headquarters is in nearby Lanham). Note this is not a civil service position.
