Contractual Services to Provide Products for Policymakers from the Pooled Monitoring Initiative’s Restoration Research Program

  • The Purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) (Your Work): Debates exist about whether and how well certain Chesapeake Bay restoration practices “work.” The Pooled Monitoring Initiative gets scientific answers to these debates. The purpose of this project is to synthesize 10+ years of science into products regulators, legislators, and policymakers can use in decision-making. See the RFP for details about the Pooled Monitoring Initiative, the Restoration Research Award Program, need for this work, deliverables, qualifications, details to submit your application, and evaluation criteria.
  • This RFP is OPEN NOW with proposals due June 12, 2025, at 4:00 PM EDT.
  • The award will be supported by Chesapeake Bay Trust funds (no federal or other pass-through funding). Funding available is $70,000.
