The Chesapeake Stormwater Network is excited to announce that registration is now open for the FREE Chesapeake Urban Stormwater Professionals (CUSP) training program!
If you’re interested in green infrastructure, sustainability, or climate resiliency, CUSP can help take your stormwater knowledge to the next level. Offered as two separate courses under the CUSP training umbrella, you’ll learn the essentials of watershed science, municipal stormwater permit management, and Chesapeake Bay restoration.
Courses offered:
- Science and Stormwater Practices — 10 classes, July–August
Registration closes June 28
- Stormwater Policy and Programs — 10 classes, October–November
Registration closes September 27
Key details:
- CUSP trainings are FREE
- All lessons are offered virtually, with the option to participate live‑online or asynchronously—whichever fits your schedule
- CEUs/PDHs available for a nominal fee through our partnership with Morgan State University’s Center for Continuing and Professional Studies
- Optional in‑person networking events to help you build connections and advance your career
