First, SRA will present a brief update on oyster health in the Severn River based on water quality monitoring and observations noted during a dive to visit the oyster restoration reefs.

Second, the main course: Severn years ago, there were no oysters in St. Jerome Creek in Southern Maryland but there are plenty of oysters today! How did this happen? Come out to hear Patrick Hudson tell how his company, True Chesapeake Oyster Company, restored the creek with its oyster farm.
