The CWEA Stormwater Seminar is designed to facilitate information exchange amongst
members of the regulated stormwater community. The universe of MS4 permittees continues to
grow with expanding populations in urbanized areas and as new institutions are given permits.
Since the inception of the MS4 program, Phase I and Phase II municipalities within the
Chesapeake Bay watershed have tirelessly worked towards meeting their permit requirements
and improving the success of their stormwater program. Topics include emerging pollutants, integrated water planning, BMP performance monitoring, and innovative projects and technologies.
