As humans, we often build our relationships with plants based on how they fulfill our needs. But when we study how these plants live and grow, we can learn a great deal from them, and this enriches our experiences with them as food and medicine. Much in the way that humans use the early spring to emerge from the stillness and stagnation of winter, many of the plants which begin to surface at the same time can give us a head start to help clear our lymph, detoxify our livers, and mentally prepare us from the transition from being pent up to being ready for growth. During this class we’ll take a closer look at several of these plants and prepare a few of them for use as food and medicine.  Link to register: http://foxhavenfarm.org/events/foraging-a-taste-of-spring/
