Chesapeake Oyster Week (ChOW) runs March 20 to 31, turning your normal dining plans into something that actually helps the Bay. More than 50 Shell Recycling Alliance restaurants and bars across Maryland will feature oyster specials, pairings, and limited time menu items, with a portion supporting oyster restoration in the Chesapeake.

The celebration kicks off at Guinness Open Gate Brewery from March 20 to 22 with a weekend of oysters, drinks, and special programming to start the week.

Try a new spot or revisit a favorite and every order helps return shells for recycling and puts more oysters back in the water, improving water quality and creating habitat for marine life. A simple night out that gives back.
