Guided Hike: Forest Bathing at The Chesapeake Bay Environmental Center

The Chesapeake Bay Environmental Center in Grasonville, MD is excited to host:

Guided Hike:  Meditation in Nature/Forest Bathing @10AM

There are many places on our 510 acre peninsula to appreciate nature.  One area is our Hummock Loop, where there are benches to rest and meditate.  This guided hike will demonstrate forest bathing, taking in the forest atmosphere. Our path is mostly flat but might be wet in spots, so sturdy close-toed shoes or boots are advisable. Participants should dress for the weather and bring a waterbottle, a pocket-sized snack and binoculars if you have them. Allow about 2 hours. Trips are subject to cancellation in the event of inclement weather or low enrollment. Check-in and hike begin at the Visitor Center.

Cost is FREE to CBEC Members, $5 for Non Members
