Join us Saturday, June 20th at 10:30am for a Beekeeper Q&A and Pollinator Walk!

Join us to celebrate Pollinator Week. We’ll start our event with a Beekeeper Q&A. Join Jeff Crooks, a Howard County Beekeeper with over a decade of beekeeping experience, as well as Mark Dykes, who leads UMD’s Beesquad Program. Learn how they got into beekeeping, as well as some of the challenges and successes they’ve had. Participants can submit questions to the panelists in the chat. Then, after the Q&A, enjoy learning about pollinators and host plants in different types of gardens during a virtual tour of a vegetable garden, rain garden, green roof and wildflower area at the Robinson Nature Center.

This event is free and hosted by the Robinson Nature Center through WebEx. Spaces are limited. You must pre-register at the following link: https://howardcountymd.webex.com/howardcountymd/onstage/g.php?MTID=eda880920e1df594c9f186cf366b4fb16
