You’re invited to celebrate the Gunpowder Valley Conservancy’s 30 years of environmental stewardship at our annual fundraiser!

Join us on Saturday, September 14 as we honor our 2019 “Hero of the Green”, Charlie Conklin, for his three decades of service to the Gunpowder Valley Conservancy (GVC).

Savor great food and drinks and enjoy live music (Unity Reggae), a silent auction, 50/50 and Wagon of Cheer raffles, and a wine pull all from the splendid water view at Conrad’s Ruth Villa in Middle River.

Our silent auction will include one-of-a-kind gems including autographed books by Tom Horton (An Island Out of Time: A Memoir of Smith Island in the Chesapeake and Bay Country), a guided kayak/canoe trip with GVC’s Executive Director Lou Etgen, and organic produce from TALMAR Gardens and Horticultural Therapy Center.

Tickets are only $70 through the end of August! Prices will go up to $90/ticket beginning September 1!
