During this month’s Nature Connections we will turn our attention to the vibrant world of butterflies and moths.  Join us as we explore the Natural History Society’s extensive collection of these amazing creatures and learn from the experts about transforming your own backyard by creating butterfly friendly spaces.  This event will feature specimens from Lake Roland’s serpentine barrens and even live insects. As always, Nature Connections is a free program for naturalists of all ages.

Special Presentation: 1:15/ Constance Scott on How To Connect With Your Own Backyard, creating butterfly friendly spaces.

Nature Connections are free and made possible by our amazing volunteers and sponsors. If you would like to volunteer in a Nature Connections please contact Renee Bieretz at rbieretz@marylandnature.org.
