Please join us for a FREE festival and outdoor display of international environmental art in DC on 10/13. We will lift our collective voices to express our hopes for a sustainable future through art, music, dance, and community engagement.
Parachutes for the Planet is a collection of artwork made by youth all over the world to express their hopes for a sustainable future. At the Georgetown Waterfront Park on Saturday, October 13, from 11 AM-4 PM, over 200 parachutes will be on display, representing the environmental concerns of youth from 6 continents, 30 countries, and 28 US States. We would love to share the display with the local community and celebrate the energy and creative vision of this dynamic upcoming generation of leaders.
