Join the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission, Department of Parks and Recreation in Prince George’s County as we work to remove invasive plants from our parks!
For this event, we will work with Certified Weed Warrior, Max Gordon, to help tackle invasive shrubs and vines at their community park. This event will be the first of a series at the park.
All tools and training will be provided, but feel free to bring your favorite work gloves and/or hand tools. Wear long-sleeved shirts and pants along with sturdy shoes.
