Join Rolling Ridge Conservancy for our third annual workshop with foresters and forestry experts to learn more about your local forest ecology and ways you can participate in stewardship of your own land. Learn about issues our local wildlife is facing and ways you can help. Learn about state programs for landowners interested in making use of their forests in ways that benefit diversity, habitat and personal economics.
The morning will start with coffee and tea. From there we will take a hike through a portion of our 1600 acres, with stops along the way for experts to discuss a range of topics centered around sustainable forest stewardship.
