Back by popular demand, Harford County’s Harford Stream annual “Poker Run”
will be held on Saturday, May 22, 2021.
Location: Frank J. Hutchins Memorial Park
FREE for everyone. Citizens of all ages are eligible to participate. The program is designed to give participants prizes while raising awareness and support for protecting local waterways.
Poker run participants will take selfies and collect playing cards from an attendant at designated locations to be eligible for exciting prizes!
Pre registration is not required. Here’s how to participate
1. Begin your adventure at Frank J. Hutchins Memorial Park, 100 Congress Avenue in Havre de Grace between 12:30 and 1:00 p.m. for registration, a score sheet and a list of locations to visit.
2. Visit all other locations including: Lock House Museum, Pollinator Garden at Moore Family Homestead Property, Concord Point Park Pond Retrofit and Landscape Infiltration and Millard Tydings Memorial Park to take selfies and collect playing cards.
3. Leave yourself plenty of time-score sheets are due back 4:00 p.m.
4. The top two (adult and junior) poker hands will win prizes. The lowest hands will also win prizes.
Kona Ice will be on-site and all participants will receive a coupon for a “FREE” shaved ice during registration and all furry friends will receive a dog bandana.
Exhibitors at Frank J. Hutchins Memorial Park will include:

-Harford County Office of Drug Control Policy
-Watershed Stewards Academy
-Harford Land Trust, Visit Harford
-Susquehannock Wildlife Society
-Gunpowder Riverkeeper.
Participants who collect the top two poker hands will win prizes. NEW this year are both adult and junior prizes.

-Sougayilang Fishing Rod Reel Combo (with carrier bag and accessories)
Junior Prizes Include:
-Intex River Run Floating Water Lounge Raft
-Giant Tumbling Timber Toy Wooden Block Game

-YETI Rambler 26-Ounce Bottle

To prevent the spread of COVID-19, exhibitors at Frank J. Hutchins Memorial Park will be separated by at least six feet and all attendees should practice social distancing and follow other CDC guidelines.
