Join us on a tour of some of the state’s most majestic and beautiful trees on Saturday, Sept. 22 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with the starting location at the Accokeek Fire Department, 16111 Livingston, Accokeek.

This guided bus tour includes lunch and the opportunity to see and hear about champion Blackhaw, Fringe-tree, Blue Atlas, Chinquapin Oak, Pawpaw and English Walnut trees as well as a champion Japanese Raisintree.   During each segment, the tour participants will have a chance to participate in a tree-focus trivia contest and the winners will receive prizes at the end.
