Katharine Hayhoe is a renowned atmospheric scientist and Chief Scientist for The Nature Conservancy. A distinguished professor at Texas Tech University, she has served as a lead author for multiple U.S. National Climate Assessments and published over 125 scientific works. Hayhoe is the best-selling author of Saving Us and host of the PBS series Global Weirding. Recognized by TIME 100 and Fortune as a top global leader, she is also a United Nations Champion of the Earth for Science and Innovation.
