In honor of flood awareness month, the Stormwater Committee of the Chesapeake Water Environment Association is hosting on webinar on Montgomery County’s (MD) floodplain planning activities. Speakers will be Stan Edwards, chief of the county’s Energy, Climate and Compliance Division, and Helen Acurso, a Flood Program Planning Specialist.
