This town-based expedition offers a unique opportunity to experience the beauty of the upper Choptank River in spring while exploring the important connections between our town centers and the health of our rivers.
Paddling through this peaceful stretch of river, participants will learn how land use decisions in our communities-from streets and storm drains to green spaces-shape river access, habitat, and water quality.
