Strengthen your ability to identify on-farm resource concerns and implement effective conservation practices through this comprehensive Ag Conservation training course. Developed by the Center for Agricultural Conservation Assistance Training (CACAT) in coordination with partners, the course equips new and experienced conservation professionals with essential skills in agricultural literacy, resource concern identification, planning criteria, and in-field conservation practice implementation. Participants will also learn how to navigate funding strategies to support successful conservation outcomes on the farms they serve. This training is a key step toward the forthcoming Ag Conservation Professional Certification and is supported by the Agriculture Conservation Assistance Program (ACAP) administered by the Pennsylvania State Conservation Commission.
