The purpose of this ForumPlus event is to bring together various generations of Chesapeake Bay practitioners in order to promote better understanding and awareness of different values and issues. The Millennial generation is now the largest generation in the workplace, and this Forum sets up an intentional opportunity for cross-collaboration and deeper engagement and understanding between generations.
