The Maryland Conservation Corps (MCC) is an award-winning AmeriCorps program, managed by the Maryland Department of Natural Resources and the Maryland Park Service, that engages young adults in extensive natural resource management and park conservation projects. The mission of the program is to provide both skills training and opportunities for young adults to serve Maryland’s conservation needs.

Unity Gardens’ Spring 2021 Grant Cycle is now open. This year, we will award Small Grants up to $500 and Large Grants up to $1,000. These grants are available to qualified nonprofit groups such as neighborhoods, faith-based organizations, schools, youth groups, scouts, community organizations and more for conservation landscaping projects in Anne Arundel County, Maryland….
