This is a full-time 40 hour/week position. The hours are Monday thru Thursday from 6:30AM-4:30PM and runs from mid-February thru mid-December (with unemployment benefits during the off season). This position offers a salary range of $18-21/hour (dependent upon experience), including benefits.


  • High School or equivalent (required)
  • General office or administrative experience (required)
  • A basic understanding of the following programs: Google (Calendar, email, docs, sheets, etc), Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Facebook, Instagram and Microsoft Office (required)
  • Horticulture knowledge (preferred)
  • Native plant knowledge (desirable)
  • CBLP (desirable)

General Duties Include (but are not limited to):

  • Working closely with Administrative Manager to fulfill necessary tasks and duties
  • Client communication via email and phone
  • Sorting and evaluating requests for service
  • Managing service schedules as well as employee schedules
  • Maintain social media presence on Facebook and Instagram
  • Creating blog and newsletter content
  • Maintaining updated content on website
  • Typical administrative and clerical responsibilities
  • HR tasks such as payroll, insurance and managing employee files
  • Provide coverage in our retail store or nursery if needed
