Seeking Property Manager/Caretaker for historic farm and gardens in southern Anne Arundel County. Full time position, Hours variable. Compensation: $12.50 to $15.00 an hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:
Conduct and oversee the operation of a private historic property consisting of a fairly large ornamental garden and extensive park-like grounds as well as woodlands, pasture and stable for several pleasure horses and pet goats and sheep, tenant houses and grounds surrounding crop fields leased to farmer.
This position involves working closely with other groundskeeper and the coordination of vendors and service providers such as machinery mechanics, hay and grain deliveries, fuel deliveries, swimming pool contractors, plumbers, electricians, etc.
